With Tim Worley, your personal training will be tailored to your exact needs, goals and fitness level. Tim considers any existing injuries or conditions to create a safe, fun program to support your health through evaluation, training and nutritional advice.

About

Tim has over a decade of hands-on experience and thousands of client hours all with a variety of goals and experience levels. Tim works with all age groups with an emphasis on practical training to develop a healthy, safe and effective lifestyle in and outside of the gym.

With an emphasis on progressive fitness, he will create a customized program including resistance, endurance, and high-intensity bodyweight training. Tim’s philosophy is to have every person feel strong and confident in any physical activity or challenge that they could ever want to try.

Training Locations

Tim is primarily based out of Synergy Fitness personal training studios in San Francisco. With three locations, you can train in the studio of your choice with no membership fees. Tim also works with clients in their home gyms. If you prefer the outdoors, you can also train with Tim at the Marina Green or at Kezar Stadium.
